Delete your LenDan account and data

LenDan is operated by Mrityika99 Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("the Company"). You can delete your LenDan account and the data associated with it at any time, using either method below.

Method 1 — In the app (immediate)

This is the fastest way and deletes everything right away.

1. Open the LenDan app.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and verify your phone number with the OTP we send you.

Your account and all its data are then permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. This is irreversible — there is no recovery or undo.

Method 2 — By email or WhatsApp (within 30 days)

If you can't access the app, request deletion and we'll do it for you:

Use the subject line "Delete my LenDan account" and include your registered phone number (the number you use to sign in). We will verify that you own the account before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes all of the following from our systems:

• Your account and login (your phone-number sign-in).
• Your shop profile and settings (name, address, contact, licence/GST number, payment QR image).
• Your entire inventory (items, prices, stock, categories, aliases).
• All your bills and receipts.
• All your customers and suppliers (parties) and their khata (credit ledger) entries.
• Your payment QR image stored in our file storage.
• Your parse logs (the text records of your voice/photo commands used to improve recognition).

Voice recordings and parcha (order-list) photos are never stored by us in the first place, so there is nothing separate to delete.

What may be retained

• Aggregate / anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you or your shop (for example, overall app-usage statistics).
• Records we are legally required to keep — for example to meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations under Indian law. We keep only what the law requires, for only as long as it requires, and then delete it.
• Crash and analytics data already collected is subject to the standard retention periods of our analytics/crash providers (Firebase); it contains no names, phone numbers, or customer amounts.
