Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in your own account on Google Cloud (Firebase), handled in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023. Only you can access it, it's never sold, and you can delete your account and data from inside the app. See the Privacy Policy.
Does it work offline / on slow internet?
Billing, inventory, khata and receipt printing work fully offline and sync automatically when you're back online. Only the AI voice and parcha-scan features need a connection — and they're built to cope with slow mobile data.
Which languages are supported?
You can speak in 12 Indian languages: Bengali, Hindi, English, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Odia, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Malayalam and Assamese. App menus are available in English, Bengali, Hindi and Odia.
Do I need a printer?
No — a printer is optional. You can share bills over WhatsApp or SMS. If you have a 58mm Bluetooth thermal printer, LenDan prints paper receipts too, including a payment QR code.
Is it free during beta?
Yes — LenDan is free during the closed beta. If paid plans come later, they'll be announced clearly in advance. No hidden charges.
